Crash Replacement Program

We know the feeling. You’ve hit the deck, you’re a bit sore, and your favourite kit is ruined. It’s one of the worst parts of cycling, but we want to help get you back on the road as soon as possible.

If you damage your Caffeine and Cranks kit in a crash, we offer a 30% discount on a replacement item to help soften the blow.

How it Works

1. Assess the damage: Make sure you are okay first! Once you have sorted yourself out, take a few clear photos of the damaged kit.

2. Get in touch: Send us an email via our contact page, with:

   • Your original Order Number (or proof of purchase).

   • Photos of the damaged item.

   • A brief description of what happened (we won’t judge, we just want to know you’re alright).

3. Get back on the bike: We will review your claim and send you a unique discount code for 30% off a replacement item.

The Details

• Eligibility: This offer applies to the original owner only. Proof of purchase is required.

• Like-for-Like: The discount applies to a replacement of the same product type (e.g. jersey for jersey, bibs for bibs). If the exact item is out of stock, you can use the discount on a similar item of equal value.

• Fair Use: This program covers crashes and accidents. It does not cover general wear and tear, abrasion, or damage from incorrect washing.

• Timeframe: We aim to process all crash replacement requests within 48 hours so you aren't off the road for long.
