We want your kit to fit well!

Below is our formal return and exchange policy, however if you have any dramas, please just send us an email and we will do whatever we can to make it right!

If you can't be bothered to read the below (we get it), returns are absolutely welcome on unworn (test wear is fine), clothing in original packaging and condition. The item must be fit for re-sale and have no labels or tags missing.

We simply ask that you lodge your return through our online portal and post the item/s back and we will cover the freight of a replacement item to you.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to C3 Cycling Pty Ltd t/a Caffeine and Cranks.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to our online store, accessible from https://www.caffeineandcranks.cc

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

 

All Items are eligible for return except products that are clearance sale items or any worn item.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Once approved, please include your original order details inside the package, including which size or item you wish to swap for. The return address is provided within our return portal.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, one time free of charge. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met. We only do this to avoid unneccessary surchage to us and you.

If you select an item with a higher cost, we will ask you to pay the difference. If you select an item with a lower cost, we will of course refund the difference..
