2) Design collaboration
Bring ideas and logos. We’ll help refine colour, layout, and finish options.
3) Proof & approval
You’ll receive a mock-up to review. We only proceed once you’re happy.
4) Payment & production
Payment in full prior to production. Milestone payments available for larger orders.
5) Delivery
Typical total timeline is ~6 weeks from approval/payment to delivery (worldwide).

Reorder the same approved design any time—still no MOQ.
Artwork & files
We accept and prefer customer design ideas and logos. Best file types: AI, EPS, PDF. If you don’t have those, send what you have and we’ll advise next steps.
FAQ
Is there really no minimum order quantity?
Yes—1 piece is possible. Just note that unit pricing is higher at low quantities, and pricing becomes more cost-effective as quantity increases.
How long does custom take?
Typical turnaround is ~6 weeks from design approval and payment to delivery. If you have a fixed event date, tell us and we’ll advise feasibility.
Can we reorder later for new members?
Absolutely. We can reorder the same approved design at any time, with no MOQ.
What files do you need for logos?
Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF. If you only have PNG/JPG, send them and we’ll let you know what’s required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—worldwide shipping is available.
