We accept and prefer customer design ideas and logos. Best file types: AI, EPS, PDF. If you don't have those, send what you have and we'll advise next steps. No design team? No worries — we can work with a napkin sketch and a colour palette.

Is there really no minimum order quantity for custom cycling jerseys?
Yes — 1 piece is possible. We're one of the few Australian custom cycling kit suppliers with genuinely no MOQ. Just note that unit pricing is higher at low quantities, and pricing becomes more cost-effective as quantity increases. Most teams order around 20 pieces.
How long does custom cycling kit take to produce?
Typical turnaround is ~6 weeks from design approval and payment to delivery. This includes design collaboration, proofing, production, and shipping. If you have a fixed event date, tell us early and we'll advise feasibility.
Can we reorder later for new members?
Absolutely. We save your approved design on file. Reorder at any time with no minimum — whether it's 1 piece for a new rider or 50 for next season.
What files do you need for logos and artwork?
Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF (vector formats). If you only have PNG/JPG, send them and we'll let you know what's needed. We can also work with rough ideas and refine the design with you.
Do you ship custom cycling kit internationally?
Yes — worldwide shipping is available. We ship from Sydney, Australia. Free shipping within Australia on orders over $150, and worldwide on orders over $250.
What's the difference between Core, CorePlus, and Pinnacle?
Core is our workhorse range — pro-grade quality at the best value. CorePlus upgrades the chamois to an Elastic Interface pad. Pinnacle is zero-compromise: premium fabrics, seamless leg construction, and our best endurance chamois. All three tiers are available for custom orders.
