Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Caffeine and Cranks, we know you want to get your new kit out on the road as quickly as possible. We aim to make our shipping process as transparent and efficient as our design process. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post to ensure your gear arrives ready for your next ride. Our rates are tiered to give you the best value depending on your order size.
AusPost Regular (Standard)

Orders $0.00 – $99.99: $10.00 flat rate.

Orders $100.00 – $149.99: $5.99 discounted rate.

Orders $150.00 and up: FREE.
AusPost Express

Orders $0.00 – $349.99: $14.99 flat rate.

Orders $350.00 and up: FREE.
ATL & Signature
At checkout, you choose how your order gets delivered. If you pick Authority to Leave (ATL), auspost will drop the parcel at your address without anyone home. Once it’s marked delivered, the responsibility sits with you, including if it’s taken, misplaced, or goes missing.
If you want the extra security, choose Signature on Delivery. If you don’t tick it, you’re confirming you’re comfortable with ATL and the risks that come with it.
2. International Shipping
We ship our Australian-designed kits to cyclists all over the globe using Standard International shipping.
New Zealand

Orders $250.00 and up: FREE.

Estimated delivery: 6 to 27 business days.
Rest of World

Orders $0.00 – $299.99: $29.99 flat rate.

Orders $300.00 and up: FREE.
Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
3. Order Processing Time
We are a rider-run brand. We aim to process and pack all "in-stock" orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and Sydney public holidays). Once your order is picked, packed, and ready for the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your kit has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey from Sydney to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Missing or Delayed Parcels
While we use trusted carriers, occasionally a "mechanical" happens during transit. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
