Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns should have all tags and packaging attached and intact.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

These are so comfy and easy to put on. I’m a size 8/10 and ordered a small. Didn’t feel like the fabric was cutting into me, felt secure for a 40km ride. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish these had pockets!

Customer service from this company is exemplary. My enquiries prior to purchase were answered the same day. I ordered a gillet, base layer and the core bib shorts, but needed to return everything as they were too small, even though my size measurements were mid range on the size chart. Absolutely no problem with the return process in exchange for a larger size. All items are good quality. However, I find the bib shorts to be too short for my liking, only slightly longer than mid thigh, and, unfortunately, after being on the bike for a while, they tend to not stay in place and ride up my leg. Very disappointed I’m 173cm and 57kg and ended up with size small. 5 stars for customer service but only 3 stars for the bib shorts.
