Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns should have all tags and packaging attached and intact.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I tried these bib shorts on a 25 mi ride today. They are fabulous. I am immediately going to buy a second pair. They cling to the legs like no other bib shorts I have ever worn - some sort of elastic network in the fabric - it's fantastic, sleek, comfortable. I ride road, gravel, mountain, 2-3 times per week for the past 16 years - best shorts I ever owned. Using size MED for a 130 lb 5'7 guy - they fit perfectly.
Hi Just had 1 hour ride 28km Bib feels very nice I have medium sholder straps a little tight but I think they will be good, thanks I will order some more stuff some time. Thanks Gavin
snug fit, super comfy, great quality, great material.. if you have thunder thighs (mine are without the ⚡yet.. 😅) you may want to go up a size. but otherwise they match the size chart.

I thought the Pinnacle bibs were worth a try given they're a lot cheaper than my Raphas and similar brands. Super comfortable. No seams on them which is a nice touch. Grip my quads well so they don't creep up. They're exactly as advertised and I'll be buying more.
Ticking boxes in everyway. Size for me (XXL-177cms & 93Kgs) on point, firm but not restrictive tight. Material helps make it an enjoyable ride. Chamois perfect for a few hours on the seat.

I thought I would give these a try after seeing the promos and seeing more riders wearing them. Have to say they are a great fit, really grippy, and comfortable. I would say the best value quality knicks going around.

I'm 76-78 kg and 181cm. 1st ordered Med and were way too small. Returned them for the Lrg which are nice and firm. Anyone bigger than me would want to order an Xl

Top quality material and construction. Clean high performance lines and excellent chamois – one of the best out there.
Great leg grippers and comfortable shoulder straps prevent the bibs moving while riding and there’s no material fatigue/stretching during longer training rides, intervals or in an aero position.
My long legs need another 5cm of material for optimal quad coverage and compression – I’m 187cm, 75kg, Size M. So it’s a tough ask and a common issue for me across brands.
Overall, really excellent bibs and great value at this price point. I’d definitely buy another pair if a longer-leg version became available.
It’s great to see an Australian company producing genuinely high performance kit at a much better price point than most premium brands.

I just received my Caffeine & Cranks Pinnacle Bib Shorts on Wednesday and couldn’t wait to try them out. That same night, I put them through a 30-mile ride, and all I can say is… WOW.
These are hands down the most comfortable bib shorts I’ve ever worn. The chamois is supportive without feeling bulky, the fit is spot on, and they stayed perfectly in place the entire ride. No hot spots, no chafing, no constant adjusting—just pure comfort from start to finish.

Nice bibs I like the fact that their laser cut Jamie seems thick enough, granted it was only a 50 mile ride, we will see how they hold up long-term
