Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns should have all tags and packaging attached and intact.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Love the brand name, look great and comfy on long rides
Great customer service and really happy with these bib shorts. The grippers stay in place for the whole ride, super comfortable through a 2hr indoor session. In fact I'd say the material all round is better than Rapha's 2025 update on their core bib shorts, it feels higher quality and stronger throughout. The chammy is more comfortable and fits better than Rapha's too, no chafing. Overall, super pleased and will probably buy another pair one day :) 170cm, 64kg, Size M.

The Caffeine & Cranks Pinnacle Bibs are a standout. The chamois is super comfortable and performs well on the road and trainer. The length is perfect with a flattering fit and no sausage legs. Compression is firm without being restrictive, the fit is true to size, and the fabric feels amazing. Highly recommended.

Perfect combo of comfy, good quality and affordable
Very comfy, only thing, which others have said, the rubber on the inside on the legs is very strong, so does not adjust, but that's a good thing too, as it doesn't move. Just means you need to adjust mid ride if you need.
